Shipping policy

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. We try to combine shipping whenever possible in order to help you save on shipping costs. 

Make sure you provide the correct mailing address so that your package is not returned to us or delivered to the wrong place. If this happens, you will need to pay additional shipping charges or reorder the item.

Lena Treasure Box offers a variety of shipping services, depending on the weight and dimensions of the product you order. Once your order is shipped and is in the care of the carrier service, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or held orders. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility.
